Registration page for NPM members

Please read it over completely first, then print a copy for reference when you've linked to the form itself (link below).

As already stated, you may choose to register for 1 course at a time or for a full 1-year program.

Please read these instructions carefully on how to fill in your Registration/Admission form:

1) Fill in each question clearly and completely for consideration by the committee.

2) Enter the "special cost for NPM members" for the course/program you are taking, from the list of courses page.

3) Please read the Statement of Faith

4) Double-check all your entries.

5) Print 2 copies -- one to mail with your check or money order and one for your record.

6) AFTER PRINTING IT, "submit" your application (click on the Register button at the end of your registration form). This will let us know that your application is on its way.

Please note: all fields must be filled in correctly, clearly and fully. Incomplete submission will not be considered. Part of your demonstration and assessment of maturity and seriousness is the proper following of instructions. Please double-check your information before printing and submitting your application.

Once your registration for admission is accepted, your package will be mailed to you immediately.

Should for any reason your registration not be accepted, you will receive a notification letter with your full refund. However, these cases are very rare.
